As you are well aware, we were extremely particular on the overall look of our web-site. To make matters worse, because of the number of people involved on our end, it was very difficult to reach a decision on one thing. This was not easy!

However, you and your team have achieved the impossible and managed to do what only a hand full of companies could accomplish. You have made our overall experience a pleasant one and ensured our complete satisfaction. I would like to especially recognize Mr. Sean Muir and Mr. Ryan Muir for their patience, flexibility and their customer service. Throughout the 8 Month long design process they were both very understanding and any changes to the design was made with a smile. They have both given customer service a new meaning!
